The client requests three render based on a project (Concept and Schematic Design phases), whose main objective is to emphasize the volume of the proposal.

We opted for the “dematerialization” of housing, with neutral tones in all the project, so that, we only highlight the proposal and its relationship to the immediate environment. It also emphasizes the importance of transparency and reflections on materials. We opted for the blue color range in non-neutral elements, to give uniformity to the whole.
